Job Description:

  • Answer calls professionally to provide information.
  • Should have operational knowledge of TDM/NGN/VOIP switches.
  • Enough Knowledge of C7 & SIP signaling and connectivity.
  • Proficiency in analyzing traffic parameters like ABR, ASR, NER, PDD, NEC, FEC, ACD, ALOC etc.
  • Frequently take part in important projects or activities.
  • Recognize important issues or risks.
  • Provide Customer with Product and Services information
  • Interacting with clients through phone calls and gathering their IT needs.

Job Skills:

  • Has skill of to deal with unfamiliar issues.
  • Able to identify problems and give support to change it.
  • Ready to work in night shift.
